Force more dependency on foreign oil imports and eliminate drilling in the US.
Encouraging business to build expansive wind farms in Mexico.
Reduce energy consumption by large corporations extreme taxation forcing the moving of manufacturing and production out of the country.
Having government take over refinery operations and promoting the building of refineries outside the US.
Expanding government owned public transportation paid for by higher taxes.
