On March 11th and 12th in Hamden Conneciticut. I noted Bizarre Strange Cloud formations and patterns and photgraphed them. On the 13th & 14th there was a very large storm in New England which created flooding and some damage. Were the strange Bizarre formations on the 11th & 12th created by Scalar Weather Modification? Or where they the result of earth changes to the magnetosphere and earth core due to increased space energies and interaction with the sun? Will we continue to see more intense occurrences of this as 2012 approaches? Or as various Governments engage in Scalar experimentation as well as warfare and manipulations against each other?
