How to get more energetic for and after a good workout for the entire day?

I am 155 lbs and 5 feet 8 inches in height. Not fat, but a noticeable belly. I started workout (Only Weight Training, no cardio) about 3 weeks ago and decided to follow it atleast every alternate day. But I am unable to do a good and persistant workout. More specifically :
- I dont feel much energetic while doing workout. Consequently, i give up after half the sets and give up half the exercises.
- I feel tired the entire day. My energy levels are low.
- I feel tired the next day to be able to go to gym at all. So I skip it and cant follow it regularly.
- I dont feel like doing cardio, again due to lack of energy.

Please suggest. I am taking sufficient carbs for the entire day but still dont feel energetic..

  1. start from easy one let say 20 lbs for one week and then start with 30 lbs . also running is the best well to lose a belly and start running 10 min for a week and 15…20…30 min you want get tired the next day. also always stretch before you start working out and after working out
    good luck
