can wind energy be used in vehicles as fuel using inflating balloon technique?
i read in a newspaper that wind energy cud b used. like we blow a balloon and then then air gush out which makes the balloon go forward.same way if vehicles cud run using this alternate source

I suppose it could, but it just seems like it would not be as efficient as Ethanol, Hydrogen, or Gasoline for that matter.
Good looking out though. It is always good to see people are thinking in the right direction.
