		<description>I know these shucksters and have met them personally.  This a 100% a scam.  The deal is they want to get the subsidy from the government and sell you crap that is almost free (after the tax credit).  These turbines are not efficient and have been around for 100 years.  Sad to see scammers like these.</description>
